Introductory Course to Reflexology This class is designed for the massage therapist or health professional who is interested in learning foot reflexology techniques. This class focuses on A & P on the feet in relationship to reflexology and to learn how to connect reflexology to the body systems. Study will focus on a review of the anatomy of the feet to enhance learning of specific reflex points on the plantar/dorsal surfaces. These specific points can affect many other areas of the body, as well as assist in strengthening the immune system, alleviating symptoms such as; anxiety, nausea, and pain.
