Who is the Reflexology
Certification Program For?
The Healthy Soles Reflexology Certification Training Program is
for the practicing bodywork therapist, the professional in the health care field,
or the lay person interested in providing health related hands-on care. Reflexology has its roots in zone therapy and focuses on specific reflex points on the feet and hands which affect other areas of the body.
By offering deep relaxation, blockages can be released and the entire body rebalanced. By using a unique thumb and finger techniques on reflex areas, the
Reflexologist can help relieve stress and tension, improve blood supply to every organ, gland and part of the body. A strong foundation in Anatomy and Physiology is necessary and is part of this certified program.

Mission Statement
We all start life with the potential for good health. Most illness is the result of improper maintenance of the body. The resulting imbalance creates a buildup of toxins in the system which inhibits the free flow of energy. The purpose of practicing the art of Reflexology is to relax the body, thereby releasing an unrestricted flow of vitality. This restores balance and encourages the body's healing abilities to take over.

Reflexology Training
The Reflexology 300 hour Certification Training Program runs for a period of TWELVE weeks. Classes are held on Saturdays and Sundays –total of 6 weekends. Students meet from 9:00 am to 5:00 p.m. with a break for lunch. The limited number of 14 students per class allows for individual attention and a high standard of practice. We prepare you to take the American Reflexology Certification Board (ARCB) exam.
Certification Training Program Overview
1. Anatomy & Physiology (10 body systems, biomechanics, gait)- 75 clock hours; 42 hours class hours and 38 hours homework
2. Foot, Hand, and Ear Reflexology and related topics – 100 hours
3. Documented Practice – 100 clock hours
4. Clinical Sessions – 14 clock hours
5. Ethics and Boundaries – 5 clock hours
6. Business practices – 6 hours
7. Exams and Practical – 5 hours
Admissions
Students must be 18 years of age with a high school diploma or G.E.D. Students must complete an admissions on-line registration form to be printed and mailed along with a $100.00 non-refundable registration fee to ensure placement in the next available class, or on-line registration and pay using PayPal.

Cost of the Program
The total costs of the program $2300.00, payments are paid in increments of $350.00 per weekend.
• 6 weekends in total at $350.00 per weekend
• Textbook fees of $50 are due the first day of class
• Visa, MasterCard and PayPal are offered through the online registration form
Requirements for Graduation
In order to be recommended for graduation, students must successfully complete the following:
1. The academic portion of the program with a minimum grade of 75% on each exam.
2. Satisfactory achievement of all clinical objectives.
3. Meet attendance requirements.
4. Successfully complete a final evaluation consisting of a written exam and demonstration of clinical skills. A completion of 100 documented Reflexology sessions compiled in a Soap Note format. This is to be completed and presented to the instructor within one year of entering the program.
Upon successful completion of the Reflexology Training program, we agree to award you a 300 hour National Certification in Foot, hand, and ear Reflexology validating satisfactory completion of the program.

Introductory Course to Reflexology
2 Day - 14 hour CE Course
This class is designed for the massage therapist or health professional who is interested in learning foot reflexology techniques. This class focuses on A & P on the feet in relationship to reflexology and to learn how to connect reflexology to the body systems.
Study will focus on a review of the anatomy of the feet to enhance learning of specific reflex points on the plantar/dorsal surfaces. These specific points can affect many other areas of the body, as well as assist in strengthening the immune system, alleviating symptoms such as; anxiety, nausea, and pain.

• Guidelines/Zones/Meridians
• Anatomy of the foot
Describe and Hands-on techniques
• Holding and thumb-walking techniques
• Finger-walking/finger-rocking techniques
• Relaxation techniques
• Anatomy of the CNS and demo their reflexes
• Anatomy of the Sense organs, demo their reflexes
• Anatomy of the Endocrine system , demo the reflexes
• Anatomy of the Circulatory system, demo the reflexes
• Anatomy of the Digestive system, demo the reflexes
• Anatomy of the urinary system, demo the reflexes
• Anatomy of the respiratory system, demo the reflexes
• Anatomy of the lymphatic system, demo the reflexes
• Anatomy of the Joints-Hip/Knee/Leg, demo the reflexes
• Anatomy of the Reproductive system, demo the reflexes
• Anatomy of the skin, demo the reflexes
• Foot pathologies
• The entire reflexology session and switch partners
• Record keeping
